A simple mod to keep the Toolbar hidden while you use
the mouse else where
By default the game 'unhides' the toolbar any time you move the
mouse anywhere on screen,
this mod keeps it hidden unless you mouse directly over it
install:
move the "ezmods-uimod-toolbar" folder to your Community folder
